You will also contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of HR methods and routines within the Naval Staff. In other words, this is a fun, varied, challenging, and developing job; if that sounds exciting, you will thrive with us!

You are stable and thrive in an environment where conditions can change. You keep yourself updated in the HR field and contribute with professional and operationally close managerial support.

You have a clear desire to contribute to the whole by both seeking and providing support to managers and colleagues.

The position involves varied tasks and requires flexibility as well as good prioritization skills. You will have the opportunity to work in a socially important operation and be involved in the development of the HR function within the Naval Staff.
